Founded in 1974, Serving the Fort Hood and Killeen area.

The establishment of the Omicron Pi Chapter -- a graduate chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. located in Killeen, Texas near Fort Hood, Texas -- was initiated by Brother Daniel O. Brown. Despite his busy schedule, and pursuits in his career, took the time to search for other Men of Omega throughout the Fort Hood, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Belton area Following a successful campaign to align himself with other Omega Men, Brother Brown called upon them to organize a local chapter. On July 18, 1974, nine stalwart Omega Men formed the Omicron Pi Chapter. The chapter's purpose was to attract men of good rapport into the folds of Omega to provide wholesome experience in a group work situation and leadership roles, and to establish life-long and worthy friendship between men.
